Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, if you are not for any reason we will accept returned items within 28 days of purchase. Please notify us, within 48 hours of receiving your item, that you wish to return it, at info@saltdesignibiza.com
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn or washed, and every aspect of the garment should be free from wear or odour.
Refunds
We should receive your returned item within 28 days of purchase. Once your item is received we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved we will credit your original method of payment minus the shipping costs.
How to return an item
You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning any items and all shipping costs are non refundable.
EU CUSTOMERS
To return an item please firstly contact us to inform us about your return. We will then ask you to send it, using a recorded delivery service with a tracking number for your own insurance to:-

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please attach a CN22/23 form and clearly state the reason for return as 'returning item'
UK CUSTOMERS
To return an item please firstly contact us to inform us about your return. We will then ask you to send it, using a recorded delivery service with a tracking number for your own insurance to our UK address which we will send you via e mail.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges
Faulty Items
Every product we send out is quality controlled, however if you receive an item that has a manufacturing fault we will happily refund it for you.
