Hi I´m Jo! Here´s a little history about me and my brand Salt.

I´ve always been passionate about fashion and worked for many years in high street fashion in London. In 2011, I decided to make a big life change and move to Ibiza. I was lucky enough to get the opportunity to start working in fashion production for an independant boutique, and started to travel to Bali to oversee and curate their collections.

A few years later in 2019 I opened my own store, Salt, in the pretty little village of St Josep. 

For many years now I have been going to Bali to produce my collections, creating new styles, sourcing fabrics and also having my own fabric designs hand printed. My collections are managed by small family run businesses that I have long standing relationships with, so we are more like family now! 

The garments are sewn at home by women in the far reaching villages of Bali, where work is scarce and the ability to work from home and combine it with their childcare really supports their family situation. 

All my garments are made with high quality fabrics, in designs that fit and flatter. I want them to be enjoyed year after year. 

I really love meeting my customers face to face in my store in St Josep, Ibiza, but for those who can´t make it to Ibiza, I am happy to be able to offer a selection of my collection online.
