Salt was born from a love of travel and endless summer living.

After many years working in fashion in London, founder Jo felt drawn to a slower rhythm of life and moved to Ibiza - an island whose bohemian and relaxed lifestyle would become the natural inspiration behind the brand.

What began as a personal passion gradually became Salt, a collection of pieces designed to feel both beautiful and easy to wear. Each garment is created to carry you from soft sunlit mornings to long easy evenings.

Salt collections are developed in close collaboration with small, family run workshops in Bali. Here, traditional dyeing techniques, hand finishing and careful craftsmanship give every piece its own unique character. All the garments are sewn and beaded by skilled women working from their homes in surrounding villages, allowing them to support their families while preserving artisanal skills. 

Natural fabrics, thoughtful silhouettes and timeless colours are at the heart of the collection. The intention is always to create pieces that feel special yet wearable - garments to be reached for year after year. 

While Jo still loves welcoming customers into the Salt boutique in the village of St Josep in Ibiza, it brings her great joy to see her collections travel far beyond the island, becoming part of beautiful moments around the world.
